Accommodation will be at Queen’s College, which is in the same street as the Examination Schools, almost directly opposite.

There is a choice of accommodation:

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, and internet access.  Towels, shampoo and soap are also provided.  Hairdryers and irons are not provided.

A full cooked breakfast will be provided in the Queen’s Hall.

Rooms are available on the Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

Accommodation is provided on a first-come first-served basis and availability cannot be guaranteed.  If you first choice option is sold out we will endeavour to find an alternative for you.

See Venue/Travel page for travel information.  Please note that there is NO PARKING either at the College or at the Examination Schools.  Thornhill and Seacourt Park & Ride buses stop immediately outside the College (ask the driver for the Queen's Lane stop).

Please see this location map which shows the venues we are using for the meeting, along with the various travel options.
