Registration and accommodation information

The meeting will take place at the Highfield Campus at the University of Southampton. For those wishing to stay on campus, we will be using two Halls of Residence:  Glen Eyre for en suite rooms, and Highfield Hall for further en suite rooms and rooms with wash basins and shared bathrooms.  Both are 10 minutes walk from the meeting venue.

Daily registration fees are available for those who do not require accommodation or wish to book their own. See details of local hotels.

Please register as early as possible. A late booking fee will apply after Friday 31 March.

Receipts

You will be sent a receipt to confirm your registration. You should check this carefully to ensure that all your requirements have been confirmed. Please bring this receipt with you to the conference.

Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 28 April 2006. Until that time a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be made. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.
