*Reduced fee can be paid by students (PhD students, undergraduates), Junior Post Docs (within 3 years of PhD), residents, fellows, and allied health professionals. You must fax a letter from your Head of Department to Janet Crompton at +44 (0)1453 548919 or email a scanned copy to [email protected], to confirm your eligibility in order to qualify for the reduced fee.

Registration deadlines
In order to qualify for the earlybird fee your registration and payment must be received by the Organisers by midnight on Friday 28 June.
Receipts
You will be sent a receipt to confirm your registration. You should check this carefully to ensure that all your requirements have been confirmed. Please bring this receipt with you to the meeting.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 28 June 2013. Until that time a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be made. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be at Queen’s College, which is in the same street as the Examination Schools, almost directly opposite.
There is a choice of accommodation:
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, and internet access. Towels, shampoo and soap are also provided. Hairdryers and irons are not provided.
A full cooked breakfast will be provided in the Queen’s Hall.
Rooms are available on the Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
Accommodation at Queen’s is limited. Once rooms at Queen’s are fully booked delegates will be accommodated at Merton College, which is a just a few minutes’ walk away. You will be notified prior to the meeting as to which College you are staying in.
Accommodation is provided on a first-come first-served basis and availability cannot be guaranteed. If you first choice option is sold out we will endeavour to find an alternative for you.
See Venue/Travel page for travel information. Please note that there is NO PARKING either at the College or at the Examination Schools. Thornhill and Seacourt Park & Ride buses stop immediately outside the College (ask the driver for the Queen's Lane stop).
