*Reduced fee can be paid by students (PhD students, undergraduates), Junior Post Docs (within 3 years of PhD), residents, fellows, and allied health professionals.   

You must be a member of BRS to pay the reduced rate.  If you are not already a member you can join here.

 

Receipts 

You will be sent a receipt to confirm your registration. You should check this carefully to ensure that all your requirements have been confirmed. Please bring this receipt with you to the meeting.

 

Cancellation 

Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 21 March 2014. Until that time a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be made. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.

  

Accommodation

Accommodation is on the Endcliffe Village campus.  The meeting venue, The Edge, is on your doorstep.

There is a choice of accommodation:

• Standard en suite
• Halifax Hotel, hotel style, includes twin accommodation

All rooms have internet access.  Towels, shampoo and soap are also provided.  Hairdryers and irons are not provided in the standard en suite rooms.  The Halifax rooms include hairdryers.

Car parking is available.

Accommodation is provided on a first-come first-served basis and availability cannot be guaranteed.  If your first choice option is sold out we will endeavour to find an alternative for you.  

Please note that this is graduation week in Sheffield so if you are planning to book your own accommodation elsewhere we recommend that you do this well in advance.
