Additional information for delegates staying in University Halls [PDF]

The meeting will take place at the Renold Building at the University of Manchester. The Building is a short walk (5 minutes) from Manchester Piccadilly station. We have booked accommodation at two halls of residence, both of which are a short walk (3-5 minutes) from the meeting venue:

Chandos Hall: shared bathrooms. The Hall is a 3 minute walk from the meeting venue. It comprises a tower block with far-reaching views of the city of Manchester.

Weston Hall: en suite bathrooms. The Hall is a 5 minute walk from the meeting venue.

For those wishing to book their own accommodation there is a Day’s Inn Hotel next to Weston Hall, but you are advised to book early as it gets booked up well in advance. Bookings directly with the hotel on 0161 955 8400.

Daily registration fees are available for those who do not require accommodation or wish to book their own.

Please register as early as possible. A late booking fee will apply after Friday 28 March 2008.

Receipts

You will be sent a receipt to confirm your registration. You should check this carefully to ensure that all your requirements have been confirmed. Please bring this receipt with you to the conference.

Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 28 March 2008. Until that time a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be made. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.
