Registration

Registration will be in the Concourse at the AECC.

The registration desk will be open as follows:
Tuesday 3 July: 09:30-17:30
Wednesday 4 July: 08:00-18:00
Thursday 5 July: 08.30-15:30

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

The meeting is approved for CPD credits. Please be sure to sign the register and collect a certificate if you would like to claim your points.

Accommodation

If you have not yet booked your accommodation and would like to book hotel accommodation you can book through the accommodation booking service on the meeting website.

For those staying at the University, we are using two Halls - Crombie Hall and King's Hall (see note below). Please refer to your registration confirmation letter to see which Hall you will be in. Please see separate information sheet for information regarding arrangements at the Halls of Residence.

Please note that accommodation in King's Hall, which was available prior to March 31st, is now fully booked.

Only a few en suite & standard rooms in Crombie Hall left.

Buses

For those staying on the University campus (King's Hall and Crombie Hall), buses will be provided to and from the AECC in the mornings and evenings, and also to the Welcome Reception and Annual Dinner. See separate information sheet for bus timetable.

There will also be buses to Aberdeen Airport leaving the AECC at 15:40 on 5 July.
